Third-party licences and components
FussAI may use both proprietary technology and third-party components in providing the Service.
Open-source and licensing obligations
The Provider maintains internal records of components used, their versions, provenance and licence terms. Where an applicable licence requires a particular notice, licence text or source information to accompany a distributed component, the Provider will comply to the extent required by that licence. Merely using the hosted Service does not mean that an internal model, its weights, runtime or operating infrastructure is distributed to the user.
Binding use restrictions that apply to users of a particular function are stated directly in the current FussAI Terms.
