LajkTo OS is experimental software. Read these terms before downloading or installing.
1. License and ownership
LajkTo OS original proprietary components remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Downloading does not transfer ownership or grant rights to sell, sublicense or redistribute proprietary components as a separate product.
2. Permitted use
You may evaluate and test the software on your own devices. Modifications and redistribution of proprietary parts require separate written permission from the relevant rights holder. These restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
3. Open-source components
Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. Their notices, copyright terms and legally required source-code rights take precedence for those components.
4. Experimental status and data
The software is provided for testing, without any guarantee of compatibility, availability, security or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by applicable law. Back up your data. Never use a drive containing irreplaceable files for testing. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
5. Installation and consent
The installer is not yet complete. The current public image is intended for booting and testing, not for a verified full installation. A future installer must show these terms, require explicit acceptance and obtain a separate confirmation before partitioning, formatting or changing boot configuration. Refusal must cancel installation without changing disks.
6. Updates
Update checks may access lajkto.eu. Installing an update must require signature verification and safe recovery. Automatic update installation is not yet available.
7. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated for future versions. The version displayed at download or installation should be retained with the corresponding release. For inquiries, use the project website.
I understand this is an experimental development build.
Podmínky použití a licence
LajkTo OS je experimentální software. Před stažením nebo instalací si přečti tyto podmínky.
1. Licence a vlastnictví
Původní proprietární součásti LajkTo OS zůstávají duševním vlastnictvím příslušných držitelů práv. Stažení nepřevádí vlastnictví ani neopravňuje k prodeji, sublicencování nebo samostatnému přeprodeji proprietárních částí.
2. Povolené použití
Software můžeš zkoušet a testovat na vlastních zařízeních. Úpravy a šíření proprietárních částí vyžadují samostatný písemný souhlas příslušného držitele práv. Tato omezení neruší práva udělená platnými open-source licencemi.
3. Open-source součásti
Open-source součásti třetích stran se řídí vlastními licencemi. Jejich oznámení, autorská práva a zákonná práva na zdrojové kódy mají pro dané součásti přednost.
4. Experimentální stav a data
Software je určen k testování a v rozsahu dovoleném zákonem bez záruky kompatibility, dostupnosti, bezpečnosti či vhodnosti pro konkrétní účel. Zálohuj data. Netestuj na disku s nenahraditelnými soubory. Zákonná spotřebitelská práva nejsou vyloučena.
5. Instalace a souhlas
Instalátor ještě není dokončený. Současný veřejný obraz slouží k zavedení a testování, nikoli k ověřené plné instalaci. Budoucí instalátor musí zobrazit podmínky, vyžadovat výslovný souhlas a před dělením, formátováním nebo změnou zavádění vyžádat další samostatné potvrzení. Odmítnutí musí instalaci ukončit bez změn na disku.
6. Aktualizace
Kontrola aktualizací může kontaktovat lajkto.eu. Instalace aktualizace musí ověřit podpis a umožnit bezpečný návrat. Automatická instalace aktualizací zatím není dostupná.
7. Změny a kontakt
Podmínky se mohou pro další verze měnit. Znění platné při stažení nebo instalaci musí být spojeno s příslušným vydáním. Dotazy směřuj na web projektu.
Rozumím, že jde o experimentální vývojové sestavení.

1. Lizenz und Eigentum
Die ursprünglichen proprietären Bestandteile von LajkTo OS bleiben geistiges Eigentum ihrer jeweiligen Rechteinhaber. Der Download überträgt kein Eigentum und erlaubt weder Verkauf noch Unterlizenzierung oder gesonderten Weiterverkauf proprietärer Bestandteile.
2. Erlaubte Nutzung
Du darfst die Software auf eigenen Geräten erproben und testen. Änderungen und Weitergabe proprietärer Bestandteile erfordern eine gesonderte schriftliche Genehmigung des jeweiligen Rechteinhabers. Diese Einschränkungen setzen Rechte aus geltenden Open-Source-Lizenzen nicht außer Kraft.
3. Open-Source-Komponenten
Open-Source-Komponenten Dritter unterliegen ihren eigenen Lizenzen. Deren Hinweise, Urheberrechtsbestimmungen und gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Quellcoderechte haben für diese Komponenten Vorrang.
4. Experimenteller Status und Daten
Die Software dient Testzwecken und wird im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ohne Gewähr für Kompatibilität, Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit oder Eignung bereitgestellt. Sichere deine Daten. Verwende keine Datenträger mit unersetzlichen Dateien zum Testen. Gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
5. Installation und Einwilligung
Das Installationsprogramm ist noch nicht fertig. Das aktuelle öffentliche Image dient zum Starten und Testen, nicht zur verifizierten vollständigen Installation. Ein künftiger Installer muss diese Bedingungen anzeigen, eine ausdrückliche Zustimmung einholen und vor Partitionierung, Formatierung oder Änderungen am Bootvorgang eine gesonderte Bestätigung verlangen. Bei Ablehnung muss die Installation ohne Änderungen am Datenträger beendet werden.
6. Updates
Die Updateprüfung kann lajkto.eu kontaktieren. Vor einer Installation müssen Signatur und sichere Wiederherstellung geprüft werden. Automatische Updateinstallation ist noch nicht verfügbar.
7. Änderungen und Kontakt
Für künftige Versionen können die Bedingungen geändert werden. Die beim Download oder der Installation geltende Fassung soll mit dem jeweiligen Release archiviert werden. Anfragen über die Projektwebsite.
Mir ist bewusst, dass es sich um eine experimentelle Entwicklungsversion handelt.
