LKCT Swapping Terms and Community Rules

1. The marketplace

LKCT Swapping provides listing and communication tools for physical goods priced in LKCT. The platform does not sell the goods, act as a carrier or guarantee any fiat exchange rate.

Listing and trading carry no mandatory platform commission. The buyer and seller agree on the goods, payment and delivery.

2. Accounts and privacy

Users register with an LKCT public wallet address, nickname and password. Never disclose wallet seed phrases or private keys. Passwords are stored as hashes.

Full wallet addresses are not displayed on public profiles. Impersonation, fraudulent accounts and harassment are prohibited. Registration and trading are restricted to people aged 18 or older. At registration, users must declare that they are at least 18; this declaration is not proof or independent verification of age.

3. Permitted goods

Only list physical goods you may lawfully transfer. Disclose faults and describe condition honestly. Sellers remain responsible for ownership, authenticity and legal obligations.

Drugs, pornography, weapons, ammunition, medicines, stolen goods, counterfeits and dangerous or illegal items are prohibited. Tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping and nicotine products, alcohol, energy drinks, kratom, HHC and similar age-restricted goods are prohibited throughout LKCT Swapping, including for adults, until reliable age verification is available.

4. Photos, screenshots and links

Up to 12 JPG, PNG or WebP photos or screenshots may accompany one listing, with a 3 MB limit per file. Show the genuine item or relevant product information without misleading edits.

External URLs are prohibited in item titles, descriptions, specifications, nicknames and private messages. To show a product page from another shop, upload an appropriate screenshot to the listing instead. Do not expose another person's personal data or private credentials.

Upload only images you have the right to use and respect third-party rights.

5. Sale types

Buy Now: maximum 5,000 LKCT and no fixed expiry until the item is sold or removed.

Standalone auction: starting price 1 to 1,000 LKCT, with no maximum limit on bids. Durations: 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 or 30 days.

Buy Now + Auction: the fixed Buy Now price is at most 5,000 LKCT, and the starting bid at most 1,000 LKCT and lower than Buy Now. Bids stay below Buy Now. The listing can wait up to three calendar months for its first bid. The first valid bid starts the seller-selected auction countdown: 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 or 30 days. Further bids do not extend it. Buy Now remains available until the auction ends. If nobody bids or buys in three months, the listing expires.

Server time governs auction deadlines. During preview, expired auctions are finalized at the next website request rather than by an independent scheduler.

6. Bidding and winning

Only registered users other than the seller can bid. Every new bid must exceed the current leading bid. Equal rank is resolved by the earlier recorded bid.

The highest valid bid wins at auction close. On combined listings, the first valid Buy Now or auction close determines the outcome. An item cannot be sold twice.

7. Withdrawal and penalty points

An original auction winner who withdraws receives one penalty point and the purchase opportunity passes to the next eligible bidder.

Subsequent bidders may decline without penalty. Five points cause an account ban; decisions may be reviewed. Being outbid does not incur points.

Once payment evidence has been submitted, winners cannot automatically pass the purchase to someone else; disputes must be handled separately.

8. Payment and trade confirmation

Users transfer LKCT through their own wallets. The platform does not yet independently verify amounts or recipients; a TXID alone is insufficient proof of payment.

After a genuine exchange, both parties can confirm completion. That confirmation is the parties' statement, not independent blockchain verification. Never share a seed or private key. Payment must be made within 24 hours of binding acceptance. Delivery is due within 10 business days of verified receipt of LKCT, excluding weekends and Czech public holidays.

9. Positive and negative feedback

Each review includes a 1–5 star rating together with a separate 👍 positive or 👎 negative choice. Each party may submit one review per completed trade after both parties have confirmed completion. Star ratings show satisfaction and never trigger account restrictions on their own.

Negative feedback requires a substantive reason. Upon 10 valid negative reviews, an account is temporarily restricted and referred to a moderator. This does not automatically prove fraud. Fake or abusive feedback may be reviewed.

Following review, a moderator may release or uphold the restriction. Neutral feedback does not affect star ratings or negative-review counts; a confirmed refusal still earns a penalty point.

10. Reporting and moderation

Users may report listings, other accounts and individual chat messages. Give a concrete reason. Reporting alone is not proof of wrongdoing.

Reports and relevant chat content are accessed only by authorized moderators for review. False or abusive reports are prohibited.

11. Respect and safety

Racism, discrimination, bullying, threats, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, fraud, impersonation and spam are prohibited. Treat other members respectfully.

Never ask others for wallet seeds or private keys, or redirect them to suspicious sites.

12. Delivery and damage

Buyer and seller arrange packing, transport, carrier and insurance. Loss or damage in transit must be addressed under applicable contracts and law with the carrier and where necessary between the parties.

LKCT Swapping does not insure physical goods or reimburse their value, replacement or repair. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We recommend carrier parcel lockers and pickup locations so that buyers and sellers do not have to share their residential addresses. Provide only information required by the carrier, such as a pickup point, name or telephone number.

13. LKCT trade protection

For the live launch, eligible transactions are intended to be protected up to 5,000 LKCT per accepted case, no more than substantiated LKCT loss. This is not physical-goods insurance.

Standalone auction bids may exceed 5,000 LKCT, but the protection cap remains 5,000 LKCT. Eligibility depends on evidence and the applicable process.

Each claim is examined using the supporting evidence. Approved compensation is transferred manually in LKCT by the operator and recorded with the confirmed payment TXID. Submitting a TXID alone does not guarantee that a claim will be accepted.

14. Voluntary contributions

Contributions are entirely optional. Suggested support of 5% is not a fee, and choosing not to contribute does not affect trading or protection eligibility.

Of verified contributions actually received, 80% is allocated to the LKCT protection reserve and 20% to the project's LKCT reserve. LKCT has no guaranteed fiat exchange value.

15. Personal information

The platform processes account and security data, including public wallet addresses, nicknames, password hashes, registration information, server IP logs, images, listings, feedback, reports and messages.

A legal name and delivery address are not required on registration. Members may voluntarily share delivery details in private messages. These details are not shown on public profiles. Do not disclose others' personal information.

Access to personal information, messages and reports is restricted according to its purpose. The operator handles requests for access, correction, deletion and other statutory data rights under applicable law.

16. Enforcement and changes

Ten valid negative reviews trigger a temporary account restriction and mandatory manual review. Five penalty points for repeated withdrawal by the obligated original auction winner lead to an account ban. Replacement winners may decline without penalty. Statutory rights are preserved.

These rules apply to LKCT Swapping users. The operator reviews disputes using evidence and statements from the parties. Mandatory statutory rights and the option of contacting the relevant authorities remain unaffected.

Every member is responsible for periodically checking the current terms and any changes. If you disagree with any term or change, you must stop using the LKCT Swapping community marketplace. We will give appropriate notice of significant changes, without prejudice to statutory rights.
